Dr Stephen Akintayo is Africa’s most influential investment coach. He is a member of Forbes Business Council, an invitation-only organization for successful entrepreneurs and business leaders all over the world. He is a serial entrepreneur and the GMD/CEO of Gtext global.

Gtext global is the mother company of 10 subsidiaries which include; Gtext Homes– a real estate company with a highly innovative and young workforce, Gtext land; which deals with the sales of landed properties, Ginido; which is the E-commerce arm of Gtext Global and handles Mini-importation and branding responsibilities. Other subsidiaries include;  Gvest, Gtext farms, Gtext Academy, Gtext soft, Gtext hub and Gtext Media

Dr. Stephen Akintayo is also the host of the Global property Brokers conference, the largest brokers conference in Africa. Now renamed as Global property festival with the likes of Grant cardone, Ryan serhant, Dr. John Maxwell and others as co-speakers.

Dr. Stephen Akintayo has hosted some of the worlds most-sought after speakers on his platforms like; Robert Kiyosaki, the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, Brain Tracy, and Les brown. He is the host of investment chat in a rolls Royce, which teaches people on different investment opportunities around the globe; and learning luxury show, a show that educates on the benefits of owning luxury and monetizing it.

Born in Gonge area in Maiduguri, Borno state, the north eastern part of Nigeria in a very impoverished environment and with a civil servant mother who raised him and his four other siblings with her meagre salary given that his father’s contract business crumbled. His passion for philanthropy was informed by his upbringing. In his words, “my surname was poverty. Hunger was my biggest challenge. I had to scavenge all through primary school to eat lunch as I don’t go to school with lunch packs.

Dr Stephen Akintayo learned how to spell the word; “THE” in JSS 1. His educational background was faulty. You could easily conclude that Stephen Akintayo will never amount to anything in life. He spent ages 8-12 in an environment without electricity within a forest region of Maiduguri-Damboa road and laid on a mattress at age 13 for the first time.

His story is indeed of grass to grace and a living proof that with sure determination, focus and the grace of God, you can achieve your dreams and that your background isn’t the reason why your back should be on the ground.
