The Reason We Have More Tenants Than Landlords

Do you know that a life without a plan is contrary to all laws? By failing to plan, you are planning to fail. No one actually plans deliberately to fail. No one decides in advance to live a life of underachievement and frustration, but by failing to decide exactly what you want, you end up living unconsciously and unintentionally by the law of accident.

Then what happens in your life would be a series of random occurrence over which you have little control. People who live like this believes that success is largely a thing of luck or by accident.

Every minute spent in planning saves you ten minutes in execution. Numerous studies have shown that only 3% of people who have goals and plans write them down.

Another 10% have goals and plans but kept them in their head while the remaining 87% drift through life without a definite direction. Oh! You wonder why we have more tenants than landlords, you wonder why the exodus of failures in the world today.

When a man works hard without a plan, he loses direction. A plan defines your destination and direction. When you have no plan, God has nothing to direct. This principle is also important in our finances..You have to plan your finances… it is not how much you allocate but how you allocate it. Don’t say if I have more money, I would have a better plan, instead say, if I have a better plan, I would have more money.

Don’t let everything arrest your attention. Budgeting is telling your money where it should go instead of wondering where it went. Smiles…Like I always say that the easiest thing about money is losing it.

Dear friend plan your life like a military commander who is out to win a war. It is not necessarily the size of the army that determines your victory but the superiority of strategy. You may not have lost the anointing but chances are……. you lack the strategy. Remember, you can’t succeed without planning to succeed.
